Another lovely email from a customer this evening - thank you Madeleine!

Hi  I wanted to write and thank you for the wonderful website, the  range of collars and the excellent service on cool cat collars. I  ordered 3 collars for my really not spoilt feline family of 3. Every  Xmas they get a new collar in their stocking. Ordered easily and  received 48hours later.  You will be pleased to know I have hidden them  away so they will be a surprise.   I will be recommending to friends

Excellent quality and service. Oli and Tilly look so smart in their new collars I am letting them have them before Christmas. I'm sur e I will be ordering more from you as I like to give them a change round now and again. Karen
